A manufacturer of metal cutting and high-wear components wanted to remove hydraulics from grinding machines that had an existing large HPU operating multiple hydraulic cylinders. They were having excessive reliability issues with leaks and environmental concerns.

- 2 – Kyntronics Servo Power Units (SPU) replacing the existing hydraulics that connected with the existing clamping cylinders using customer-supplied motor/drives.
- 2 – Kyntronics electric linear actuators using customer-supplied motor/drives.
